Welcome to the DG GAMES arena! By entering our site and smashing that "Play" button, you’re officially joining our squad. To keep the community awesome and the games running fast, we have a few ground rules (The Terms) that every player needs to follow.

1. The Player Agreement

By using DG GAMES, you’re confirming that you’re ready to play fair. If you don't agree with these rules, you’ll have to exit the lobby—but we’d much rather have you on the team!

2. Unlimited Access (The "No-Boring" Rule)

We provide you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable "license" to play our games for your own personal fun.

Personal Use Only: You can’t use our platform for commercial stuff or try to sell access to our games.

No Modding the Site: Don't try to hack, decompile, or mess with the code of DG GAMES. Leave the "God Mode" cheats for single-player games!

3. Your Gear and Connection

While we do our best to optimize every game, you are responsible for the "rig" you use to play.

You need your own internet connection and a device that can handle the heat.

DG GAMES isn't responsible if your battery dies right before you hit a new high score!

4. Intellectual Property (The Crown Jewels)

Everything you see here—the code, the graphics, the music, and the DG GAMES logo—is protected by copyright.

You can't copy our site or "re-skin" our games to claim them as your own.

Content Creators: You are totally allowed (and encouraged!) to stream our games or make "Let’s Play" videos. Just make sure to link back to us!

5. Prohibited Tactics (Bannable Offenses)

To keep the leaderboard legit, the following moves are strictly forbidden:

Botting: Using automated scripts to play games for you.

Disruption: Trying to crash our servers or slowing down the site for other players.

Bad Vibes: Using any chat features (where available) to harass, bully, or drop "toxic" comments.

6. The "Game Over" Clause

We reserve the right to update, change, or take down games at any time without a "Save Point." We can also block access to users who aren't following the rules. We do this to keep the platform safe and fresh for the millions of other gamers who play fair.

7. Updates to the Terms

Every now and then, we’ll drop a "Patch Note" for these Terms. By continuing to play on DG GAMES, you’re agreeing to the newest version of the rules.
